Our company performs maintenance on US-2 search and rescue amphibian and equipment for P-3C derivative aircraft at the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force's Iwakuni Air Base.

Since commencing operations in October 1996, the facility has established the latest maintenance skills for the US-2 search and rescue amphibian, which replaced the US-1A type, while expanding its maintenance operations to include equipment maintenance for P-3C-derived aircraft in May 2020, and will achieve regular inspections of 800 aircraft by July 2024.
We will mark this milestone by striving to become a corporate organization that can further contribute to the local community and units, and will continue to pursue high maintenance quality and efficiency under the ShinMaywa Group's management philosophy.

Aircraft maintenance is an important task that directly relates to flight safety. All employees will continue to keep Corporate principles in mind, work hard with pride and a sense of mission as a group of aircraft maintenance professionals, and make unremitting efforts to ensure safety.
