The launch of the new advertising series 'Building a smoother tomorrow.' began on October 1, 2025.

The ShinMaywa Group is involved in many products and services that support people’s everyday lives. To help more people recognize this presence and understand the value we provide, we’ve introduced an ambassador character named “MayMay,” an alien who has come to Earth for a field trip from space. Through MayMay’s eyes, MayMay charmingly showcase the ShinMaywa Group’s technological capabilities and its vital role in enabling an astonishingly smooth daily life.

MayMay and the illustrations for the advertisement were created by Keiko Shibata, the popular author and illustrator of the beloved picture book series “Pan Dorobou.”

The featured products in this series—such as aircraft passenger boarding bridges + aircraft wing spars, refuse compactors + refuse transfer station systems, submersible pumps, mechanical car parking systems, and the DD motor—were selected for their familiarity to the general public, including those who may not know about our group. Through this selection, we hope to spark awareness that the ShinMaywa Group plays a key role in creating the “everyday normal” we often take for granted.

We hope that through the lovable character “MayMay” and the warm, inviting illustrations, people will feel a closer connection to the ShinMaywa Group.

You can find information about  ShinMaywa Group Ambassador "MayMay"  on the "Character Introduction" page below.
