A presentation and signing ceremony for the establishment of JAMS Co., Ltd., a joint venture that handles business jet aircraft maintenance, was held.

On Friday, February 16, 2024, we jointly established JAMS Co., Ltd., a new company that maintains business jet aircraft with Marubeni Aerospace Corporation to start business.

Prior to this, on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, an inauguration presentation and a signing ceremony between representatives of both companies were held at the Chubu Centrair International Airport, and executives and related parties of the new company, including JAMS President and CEO Mr. Nishikawa and JAMS COO Mr. Fujimoto, and many other guests attended. At the signing ceremony, the agreement was signed by Mr. Tanaka, President of the Aircraft Division of our company, and Mr. Kotaki, President and CEO of Marubeni Aerospace.

Once the business begins, we will leverage the strengths of both our company and the Marubeni Group to become one of the largest maintenance companies in Japan specializing in business jets, providing maintenance services for a wide range of aircraft types.
