We have manufactured thin film vacuum coating system and components for a wide range of fields.
In addition to standard specifications, we also handle custom orders to meet customer requests, and have delivered a wide variety of equipment.
We will introduce some examples.
Equipment

Batch type equipment capable of sputtering + polymerization in one batch. Suitable for experimentation, development and small-scale production. Wide target is used to improve film thickness distribution.

Loading/unloading from the chamber and atmospheric side transport are also automated. A cold trap and Meissner coil are installed to reduce tact time.

Equipped with an automatic deposition material supply mechanism and an atmospheric side transport system, this equipment is fully automated for the decorative film field.

Equipment for the optical field. A unique method allows low-temperature film formation, and allows multi-layer film formation on resin.

Consists of a load lock chamber and three chambers for different processes. This equipment can perform continuous film formation from pre-processing to sputtering and polymerization.

Ion beam assisted deposition equipment capable of uniformly producing shiftless optical films such as bandpass filters, edge filters, IR cut filters, and AR coatings over large areas.

Hydrogen-free DLC does not contain hydrogen, making it possible to form a film with high hardness and high adhesion.Since film formation at low temperatures is possible, it can also be used for parts where dimensional changes are a concern.
Component

The first ultra-low temperature cooling device in Japan that uses only refrigerants with an ozone depletion factor of 0. It saves energy compared to other companies' products and contributes to shortening exhaust time.

This robot is a high-performance transport robot that brings together all the robot-related product technologies we have developed to date, and is equipped with servo control and improved noise resistance.

By combining with our fully automatic deposition control system, highly accurate deposition control is possible. It is possible to measure the amount of light of any wavelength from the visible range to the near infrared range, and from the visible range to the ultraviolet range with high accuracy.
