(Headquarters: Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture; Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer: Takashi Kunihara has recently published the “Integrated Report 2026” as a communication tool for our shareholders, investors, business partners, and other stakeholders, and has published it on the company’s website as of today.

の5章建てとなっており、代表取締役 取締役社長 槶原のメッセージや、「リスクマネジメント」をテーマに、2026年4月に発足した新経営体制のもと、取締役会長 五十川と2名の社外取締役が、近年顕在化した不祥事への反省を踏まえた再発・未然防止への取り組みや、リスクを成長機会と捉えることの大切さについて語る鼎（てい）談を掲載しています。また「事業戦略」の章では各セグメントの責任者が方針、戦略等を示すほか、社内技能競技会の最高位「金賞」を受賞した若手技能者と、特称制度最高位「工師」の称号を持つベテラン技能者が、モノづくりへの思いや技能継承について語り合う「技能者座談会」を収録しています。
