Regarding the impact on the production and supply of our products due to the worsening situation in the Middle East

April 13, 2026

To our valued business partners,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage of our products.

Due to the recent deterioration of the situation in the Middle East, the supply of crude oil and naphtha via the Strait of Hormuz is being affected. As a result, the procurement of some paints, diluents, and hydraulic fluids is becoming unstable, which may affect the production processes and supply of our products that use these materials.

At our company, we are working to minimize the impact by considering alternative products, diversifying our procurement sources, and coordinating with related companies in order to ensure a stable supply. However, at this time, we have no prospect of when the tight supply situation for raw materials will be resolved.

Therefore, there is a possibility that the specifications, production period, and delivery dates of some products that have already been ordered or are scheduled for future delivery may be affected. For affected customers, our representative will individually explain the situation and discuss how to proceed.

We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience caused to our customers and all concerned parties, and we humbly ask for your understanding and consideration of the circumstances.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation throughout our supply chain and will do our utmost to minimize the impact and restore stable supply as quickly as possible. We appreciate your continued support.
