2025 Spring Labor Negotiations Response

ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. (Head Office: Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director, and President & CEO: Tatsuyuki Isogawa) has shared and discussed with the labor union, in the current negotiations, the surrounding business environment and performance status, as well as the importance of further improving corporate value and productivity in order to achieve the targets of the medium-term management plan [SG-2026].
Furthermore, in order to ensure the stable and sustainable growth of our company, and with strong expectations for high employee engagement and a dramatic improvement in productivity going forward, we have responded to the union's demands as a "comprehensive investment in people," and have reached an agreement today.
Main answers
- 1. Wage revision
- While maintaining the current wage structure, the union will increase the average monthly wage of 14,500 yen per member.
- 2 Bonuses
- Average per member (annually): 5.3 months (¥ 1,735,915) + α (0.05 months (¥ 16,376)) [(annually): 5.35 months (¥ 1,752,291)]
- 3 Starting salary
- Starting salary for university graduates: 288,000 yen (an increase of 18,000 yen)
- Starting salary for high school graduates: 225,000 yen (an increase of 18,000 yen)
