ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. has released a brand movie titled "Why This Planet Runs Smoothly," starring MayMay, ShinMaywa Group's ambassador character.

This series features a character called "MayMay," specially drawn for our company by Keiko Shibata, the popular picture book author of the "Pan Dorobou" series. The character introduces to people of all ages how our Group's products and services are used in various social situations and how they make people's lives "smoother."
Brand movie overview
The video begins with a narration by MayMay asking, "Do you know the secret reason that life on this planet runs so smoothly?"
MayMay, an alien who is "very curious about the Earth," travels through the following five scenes and discovers how ShinMaywa Group's products and services are playing an active role in various aspects of society.

- Sewerage manhole pumping station (Submersible Pumps Edition)

Through this video, we hope to raise awareness among people of all ages about the existence of the ShinMaywa Group and that we are a "corporate group that supports social infrastructure" and "an entity that makes people's lives easier."
