March 28, 2025
ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. (Head Office: Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture; President: Tatsuyuki Isogawa) has been sharing and discussing with the labor union during the current round of negotiations the importance of further improving corporate value to achieve the planned values of the Mid-term management plan [SG-2026] that started in fiscal 2024, as well as the surrounding business environment and performance conditions.
Based on this, in order to ensure the sustainable growth of our company, we have responded to the demands made by the labor union, with the hope of further improving the engagement of each employee and dramatically improving productivity through the implementation of "comprehensive investment in people."
