ShinMaywa Soft Technologies, Ltd. (Head Office: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO: Mayumi Yoshimura/hereinafter referred to as ShinMaywa Soft Technology) and Hitachi Solutions East Japan, Ltd. (Head Office: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, President and CEO: Yoichiro Kodama/hereinafter referred to as Hitachi "Nazca Neo Linka,'' which collects operational data from manufacturing sites in real time,'' and "WellLine,'' an IoT/data analysis solution that visualizes operational data of equipment and people at manufacturing sites, respectively provided by the two companies. We started product collaboration on July 12th.

Efforts are constantly being made to improve quality and productivity at manufacturing sites, and IoT is being introduced everywhere as a highly effective technology for further improving operating rates and quality.
Nazca Neo Linka, a factory operation monitoring solution provided by ShinMaywa Soft Technology, has interfaces that are compatible with a variety of devices of different manufacturers and manufacturing years, and is compatible with a wide variety of equipment such as CNCs, PLCs, and various sensors. It is possible to collect IoT data. However, focusing on the fact that there are many manufacturing sites that are unable to proceed to the point where they can derive knowledge by utilizing these, Hitachi Solutions East Japan is offering "We have collaborated with "WellLine.''

Since its launch in October 2019, the IoT/data analysis solution “WellLine” has strengthened its functions specialized in visualization and analysis of operational data, and by linking “Nazca Neo Linka” and “WellLine”, By evaluating the combination of complex information required for analysis, it becomes possible to perform multifaceted analysis such as the causes of lower operating rates and information on quality, promoting DX at manufacturing sites.

Specifically, by importing the data collected by "Nazca Neo Linka" into "WellLine" running on a cloud environment, it will be possible to display it on various analysis screens including Andon, which is provided as standard, and will facilitate the introduction of IoT. We will expand data collection methods, which is one of the challenges, and reduce the burden of complicated data collection. Furthermore, the variety of data collected by "Nazca Neo Linka" greatly increases the types of data that can be imported into "WellLine", making it possible to conduct advanced analyzes and evaluations that go beyond operational status, such as quality improvement and detecting signs of equipment failure. By greatly expanding the scope of data utilization, we can expect high improvement effects at manufacturing sites.
