New model of “Suichoku Gate Side Type” released

ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. (Head Office Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, President: Isogawa Tatsuyuki) will release a new model of tail lifts "Suichoku Gate Side Type'' on September 1st.
The new model has a completely welded tailgate, which greatly improves rust prevention.
In addition, special cushion rubber has been installed on the ground surface of the tailgate to reduce collision noise and damage to the tailgate when it touches the ground.
At the same time, by housing the power unit (hydraulic generator), which is the power source, inside the cross member, there is more flexibility in installing equipment parts (fuel tanks, batteries, etc.) in the empty space.

1. Features
(1) Improving the rust prevention ability of the tailgate
- With conventional intermittent welding, rust particles may form between the welds during long-term use, but with full welding, the formation of rust is suppressed, so you can use the product with confidence for a long period of time.
- Special cushion rubber is used on the ground surface of the tailgate to reduce collision noise when the tailgate touches the ground and to prevent damage to the side it touches the ground (road, floor, etc.). Additionally, the tailgate side is less likely to get scratched, which reduces the chance of rust.
(2) Improving convenience
- By placing the power unit, which is the power source, inside the cross member, space is created between the wheelbases, making it possible to attach additional equipment parts (fuel tank, battery, etc.).
(3) Improved mounting performance
- Since the power unit is housed within the cross member, there is no need to install the power unit during bodywork.
(4) Improved maintainability
- The power unit stored inside the cross member can be easily pulled out without removing it from the cross member, making it easy to change hydraulic oil and valves.
(5) Achieving quietness
- A cushioning material is attached to reduce the collision noise when the gate is raised, making this product suitable for nighttime work.
