Communication tool “ShinMaywa Smart Connect” expands applicable products

ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. (Head Office: Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO Isogawa Tatsuyuki) will expand the range of products covered by ShinMaywa Smart Connect , a communication tool for understanding the operating status of special purpose truck.
In order to allow our customers to use specially special purpose truck safely and securely, we have been preparing to expand the range of products eligible for "ShinMaywa Smart Connect". We would like to inform you that we are ready to add new models.
"ShinMaywa Smart Connect" is a communication tool that allows you to easily check the operating status of your purchased specially special purpose truck via your smartphone by operating a dedicated application (hereinafter referred to as "app").
You can use the service by reading the two-dimensional code displayed on the name plate (manufacturing plate) of the product eligible for the service with your smartphone and registering as a member. You can use support information such as:
In particular, for products that support short-range wireless, you can check the operating status in real time, and by using simple diagnostic functions, you can quickly discover problems that tend to occur during operation. You can use support information when a problem occurs. (Some functions are scheduled to start operating from January 2023.)
In the future, we will strive to further strengthen our service system so that "ShinMaywa Smart Connect" can provide even more value to our customers.
1. Products eligible for service
(1) Previously applicable products

- “Tail lifts” in general (sold or shipped after January 2020)
- “Dump trucks (small and medium-sized)” and “refuse compactors” in general (shipments from October 2020 onwards)

- “1.5 ton Multigate II (RAX15)” (sold from April 2020 onwards)
- “1 ton Kakunou Gate (RAK10)” (sold from February 2021 onwards)

- "2-4 tons G-PX and G-RX" (shipments from May 2021 onwards)

2. How to register the app
By reading the two-dimensional code displayed on the nameplate (manufacturing plate) of the product eligible for the service with a smartphone (*), you can access the "ShinMaywa Smart Connect Member Information" site. After that, you can install the "ShinMaywa Smart Connect" app by referring to "Click here for operating instructions (new registration)" on the site and registering as a member by following the steps described.
