“Kakunou Gate II” released

ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd. (Head Office: Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, President Isogawa Tatsuyuki) has developed a new model of its underfloor retractable type tail lifts, "Kakunou gate II," which can tilt the platform at any position using a hydraulic device, and will be released on June 1.
When carrying out cargo handling work in a location where the floor of the distribution center where cargo is loaded is different from the floor of the vehicle, there are cases where the platform is tilted and used as a road board instead of being raised or lowered. This is a model that allows safe and efficient cargo handling in such cases.

1. Features
(1) The rear body door can be opened and closed without moving the lift device.
Since tail lifts stored under the floor, the rear door can be opened and closed without moving the lift device.
Additionally, since the lift device does not protrude beyond the rear body door, the vehicle can be perfectly attached to the dock at the distribution center while the lift device is stored under the floor.
(2) Hydraulic tilt function added to the underfloor storage type tail lifts
Two platforms are connected and the platform can be hydraulically tilted to any position, improving safety and efficiency of cargo handling operations.
(3) Adopts automatic platform leveling mechanism
A function is provided to temporarily stop the platform in a horizontal position during hydraulic tilt operation at any position, allowing safer cargo handling operations.
(4) Automate the horizontal movement of the platform during storage
Our unique technology automatically corrects the tilt of the platform and levels it when it is stored under the floor, allowing for smooth storage.
(5) Wide range of applicable vehicle models
It can be mounted on a wide range of vehicles from 4-ton to 10-ton vehicles.
(6) Standard adoption of radio control
Equipped with a 3-button wireless radio control as standard, it can be easily lifted, lowered, tilted, and stored/drawn out.
