17th Maintenance Skills Competition Held

On November 12, 2022, the Parking Systems Division held the final round of the 17th Maintenance Skills Competition, in which 10 employees who had passed the first and second rounds of the competition took on the technical challenges.

This competition is designed to improve maintenance skills related to mechanical car parking systems by testing the ability of maintenance service personnel (maintenance workers) to handle breakdowns, the quality of their inspections, and other abilities across six categories. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this was the first time in three years that the competition was held.

Participants tackled their tasks with determination and displayed the fruits of their daily labor.

Comments from the members of the Maintenance Skills Competition Management Committee

Maintenance service personnel are required to perform a wide range of tasks, including maintenance, failure analysis, repair work, and inspections. Further, there is a large variety of product lineups that require well-rounded technical skills given the many different structures and control methods they feature.

Thus, while this may be an in-house competition, it is an extremely demanding one, and only two participants have won the Gold Award in the past. There were unfortunately no Gold Award winners this time, but we will reflect the results in our future skills training and refine the Maintenance Skills Competition even further. We will aim to become the No. 1 maintenance service company in the mechanical car parking systems industry by offering service that thoroughly satisfies our customers.
