Fostering awareness
The Company has set forth a Long-term vision of what the Group aims to be in 2030 based on its Management philosophy.
Realizing this vision will depend on promoting diversity and inclusion while fostering the diversity of individuals who sustain innovation. We will need diverse human resources who can work actively facing the same direction and with a sense of unity. We are working to foster awareness by clearly defining the type of the human resources we seek and carrying out our evaluations based on this.
