The newly released "NAZCA5 EDM" is software developed specifically for drawing management, as a new product in the NAZCA series, which has been sold GODO SOLUTION Inc., Head Office (a wholly owned subsidiary of ShinMaywa Soft, headquartered in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President and CEO: Hiroyuki Kumagai, hereinafter referred to as "Godo") since 1996 and boasts a cumulative total of over 10,000 companies using the software (*).

This software helps all departments involved in drawings solve search-related problems such as "I can't find the drawing data I'm looking for among a huge amount of data'', "I don't know which drawing data is the latest," and "I want to implement a drawing management system.''If you are considering introducing a new drawing management system as a tool to solve operational issues such as "I cannot introduce it because of the high cost" or "I have introduced a drawing management system, but it has too many functions and I am not able to fully utilize it." We will sell a wide range of products not only to customers, but also to customers who want to update their existing systems.

  • * Cumulative number of companies that have introduced CAD/CAM, machining simulation, and communication software as of December 2021.

1. NAZCA5 EDM 4 features

Highly accurate search function improves work efficiency

Since you can set arbitrary keywords such as "file creator" and "product number" for digitized drawing data, you can quickly search for drawing data by combining various conditions. In addition, the version management function allows you to quickly find the latest version of data.
Furthermore, by setting parent-child relationships between drawings, it is also possible to search for forward and reverse expansion. As a result, when changing a drawing, it has a reverse deployment function that is useful when checking the scope of influence, such as where the drawing data is used, and considering how to make changes.

Reduce the risk of information leakage by sharing information with a drawing management system

By centrally managing drawing data with a drawing management system, you can reduce the risk of information leaks and share the latest information with other departments. In addition, you can set permissions such as editing permissions and viewing restrictions, and obtain operation logs to improve security and maintainability, allowing you to quickly respond in the unlikely event that a problem occurs.

Can be introduced at low cost, and supports company-specific operating rules with add-ons

It is equipped with the necessary functions as a "drawing management system" and can be provided at a low cost. By adding on the necessary functions, it is possible to support the unique operations of each company, and it is possible to introduce a drawing management system that suits each company's operating rules.

Equipped with a workflow function that allows you to work from home

Approval work can be done through telework using the workflow function. By setting up an external public server, you can securely connect and use it from home using just an Internet connection.
