ShinMaywa Soft Technologies, Ltd. develops and releases “Contract Management on kintone”

- Electronic contract management system that runs on the Cybozu product "kintone" -

May 30, 2019

ShinMaywa Soft Technologies, Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd., Head Office: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO: Mayumi Yoshimura, hereinafter referred to as "ShinMaywa Soft") has announced that the contract with LINE WORKS has expired. On May 30th, we will be releasing a new version of our software, "Contract Management on kintone," which includes a notification function, prohibition of contract downloads, and viewing restriction functions such as allowing only PDF viewing.

The newly released "Contract Management on Kintone" is a cloud version of the "Contract Management System" released by ShinMaywa Soft in 2008, provided by Cybozu, Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yoshihisa Aono). It was developed as a template that runs on the "kintone" service, and is equipped with advanced search, deadline management, and access authority management functions, allowing you to manage various contracts as electronic data.

This software is useful for legal and sales departments, such as "I can't find the contract I'm looking for among a huge amount of contracts," "The contract has expired," and "If it's in paper format, anyone can view it, so it's a security issue." We will sell it to users who have already installed "kintone" as a tool to solve problems such as "fearing anxiety about things."

1. Features

(1) Highly accurate search function improves work efficiency

You can set arbitrary search items such as "Person in charge" and "Contract end date" for digitized contracts, so you can quickly search for documents by combining various conditions. You can also view it from your smartphone, so you can work from anywhere, including on the go.
Even after a contract has been updated, the past history remains, so you can go back and check the contract details.

(2) Automatic contract expiration notification function prevents missed renewals

A notice email or a message via LINE WORKS will be automatically sent to the person in charge before the preset contract period end date, making it possible to prevent missed renewals. Additionally, in the unlikely event that the service is left unattended beyond the contract period, a warning email will be sent again as a double measure.

(3) Prevent information leaks by managing access privileges

Access privileges can be granted to each user or department, and it also has various information leakage prevention functions, such as the ability to restrict operations such as "no downloading" and "only PDF viewing" to prevent information from being left on the device.
