With the company celebrating its 100th anniversary in February 2020, the company made a major shift toward long-term management, and last year launched a long-term management plan with a goal of 2030. This plan targets social infrastructure such as "urban," "transportation," and the "environment" as areas in which the Group's strengths and resources can be leveraged.While striving to further strengthen our core businesses, we also aim to create new pillar businesses. We are working.

Strong organizational strength is essential for a company to achieve sustainable growth, and it is said that organizational strength is determined by "individual strength" and "power of connections."
