Quality Policy
We are committed to provide quality and services in order to satisfy our customer requirements.
In order to ensure customer satisfaction, the quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000 shall be implemented and continuously improved upon as following :
- Understand and clearly define customer requirements and provide quality products to our customers.
- Provide all employees the training and support needed to provide quality products and services to all customers.
- Work closely with vendors to make sure that all purchased products and services meet our requirements.
- Operate our system to be accordance with ISO 9001 : 2000.
- Condition of quality control target until 2010, NG.ratio is less than 0.1 %.
- Condition of delivery to customer must on time at least 1 day before loading.
- Set up improvement activities such as QCC, KAIZEN, KYT meeting etc.
- Result of monitoring of customers satisfaction is not less than 75 %.
Thus, all organizational members must understand the above mentioned policy and implement accordingly, as the slogan :
