Submersible Pumps

Wastewater & Sewage Pumps

ShinMaywa's submersible pumps for facility permit selection of the installation method, operation method and shape of the impeller to match the conditions at the locations where they are installed. Installation methods include the automatic connection type and the flange connection type. Operation methods include the automatic discharge switch type, automatic alternating operation type and the non-automatic operation type. There is also a complete lineup of impeller shapes including the volute type, vortex type, non-clogging type, closed type, chopper / grinder type, axial / diagonal flow type and screw type.

Blower

ShinMaywa's blower is paid attention in details, employing helical type rotor to reduce noise, labyrinth structure to prevent oil leakage and ball bearing to maintain easily.

Aeration / Mixing Equipments

Submersible aerator can be used both aerobic and anaerobic operation in combination with air blower. For lower discharge type, we have two kinds of aerator, SJ that is multi-pole motor direct linkage type, SJL that is motor with reduction gear type. For upper discharge, SU that is multi-pole motor direct linkage type and suitable for deep depth tank.

J·JA series(Submersible ejector pump)

Features: Mixing and aeration in the tank are done at the same time. Jet water flow and suctioned air are mixed together and discharged into water. Uses: Pre-aeration for septic tank and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
